Subprocessors

Sponmag engages a small number of subprocessors to deliver the service. A data processing agreement is in place with each of them. Changes to this list are announced to publishers in advance.

Render (hosting and database) — data centre Frankfurt, European Union. The application and database run here.

Object storage for submitted material — S3-compatible storage in an EU region.

Resend (email delivery, United States) — for sign-in links and service emails; transfer based on standard contractual clauses (SCCs).

AI providers — only when a publisher uses AI features, with data minimisation: only the text the feature needs goes to the model, never the customer base.

Services the publisher connects itself (Dropbox, Airtable, Canva) are not subprocessors of Sponmag but recipients engaged by the customer, under its own accounts and terms.
